The 50+ GO DIGITAL Upskilling Roadmap
The Upskilling Roadmap is a structured guide for improving digital skills across workers aged 50+ and traditional SMEs. Built around DigComp and DigCompOrg, it turns project research and sector needs into practical steps that can be delivered and sustained. It includes sector-specific pathways and clear action plans for VET providers, SMEs, and policymakers, supporting inclusive training delivery, stronger digital readiness, and micro-credential progression.
As you complete training in the 50+ GO DIGITAL Upskilling Hub, you can earn EU-recognised micro-credentials that show what you have learned and what you can do. These credentials can help you demonstrate your digital skills to employers and stay competitive as workplaces continue to evolve.
Credentials are awarded in three tiered levels:
Level 1: Foundational Digital Skills (building confidence with the basics)
Level 2: Industry-specific Digital Skills (skills linked to your sector)
Level 3: Micro-credential Certificate (earned by completing multiple modules and assessments)
You will be able to download and share your credentials to support job applications, performance reviews, or progression within your current role.
